Well, if these public companies had to report the True Net Worth like the small business owner, we'd probably put our money into DPO's - (small company capitalizations). So you make the decision - Do Accountancy Reports reflect accuracy? Is Enron guilty of fraud? President Bush says the Corporation President should be held responsible for everything, but when the INS Bureaucrats provided Student Visas to the Terrorists, we didn't hold the President of the Government accountable. Did someone in government approve of Enron's accounting practices?
